Orders
All pricing displayed is New Zealand GST inclusive unless otherwise stated.
Guys Pharmacy (2001) Ltd will not be held responsible for orders that are declined for health reasons and will not be liable or accountable for orders that are declined for any other purpose.
Any products which have been ordered, which the Pharmacist considers to be of detriment to the health of an individual will not be supplied. In the case of non-supply for such reasons, we will make an explanation for our decision available to you.
We ensure security of all credit card transactions performed on the site with use of encryption technology. We will validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will acknowledge that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the address provided in your registration form.
If your order passes our validation checks we will send you an order confirmation email, this is our acceptance of your order and it brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.
Delivery
We only deliver to registered addresses in New Zealand and do not ship overseas. New Zealand orders are sent via New Zealand Post and a track and trace number is provided.
